1. Upstream Music Festival
This event takes place in the heart of Seattle’s Pioneer Square, this 3-day music festival features more than 200 rising stars from the Northwest and beyond. Not to mention, this event is great for all ages.
Make sure you check the list of artists that will be performing; it is well known for fans being able to meet their favorite artists in and around the event. What better way to kick off your summer!
2. Jude Rock n’ Roll Marathon
Starting and finishing at the Space Needle, this iconic marathon not only entertains you while running but also is for a great cause.
It only gets better, this course also boasts 6 miles of beautiful waterfront scenery through Queen Anne, Lake Union, Eastlake, over the Viaduct, back north through the Aurora Bridge through Woodland Park, then back to the Seattle Center.
To finish off, post-race runners will get a beer at the finish line and an after party will ensue.

3. Fremont Fair
Taking place in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood during the Solstice weekend, the Fremont Fair boasts so much fun to kick off summer that it’s almost impossible to list all of them.
A few listed are more than 300 artists performing live, various craft vendors, food booths, the Fremont Solstice Parade, and much more. Great festival for the family and loved ones!
4. Washington Brewers Festival
Cheers, to all Fathers on Father’s Day weekend. The Washington Beer Commission is presenting the 13th Annual Washington Brewer’s Festival at Marymoor Park in Redmond.
If you and your dad are beer aficionados, or maybe just you are, this would be the perfect event for you to spend that weekend. Not only does this festival appeal to beer enthusiasts, it has activities for all ages, so don’t be afraid to bring your family!
5. Paradiso Festival
Maybe you’re looking for a festival to get away from all of the busy city noise and lights to only bang your head hard to electric dance music at the stunning natural canyon in Eastern Washington, the Gorge Amphitheater.
