“Dubre was great to plan with, very responsive over email and kept us focused and on target regarding music choices and reception details since he served as MC as well. He provided feedback/opinion when he could really sense we were heading in the wrong direction on an idea, but also supported our decisions and didn’t give much feedback if not solicited by us. That being said, we asked him for a lot of help/feedback and he was more than helpful with sharing experiences to guide us to a good decision together. Super professional! We were clueless in a lot of ways (not super into music, and not party planners by any stretch) and Dubre really guided us through the whole process. He is so cool, calm and collected, both planning and during the event. We had alot going on, navigating subtle adjustments to the timeline based on the crowd, and Dubre was there every step of the way, ensuring that the night went smooth for the guests. We had great planning sessions around music and gave him a good idea of our tastes. However, we emphasized for him to be himself, and to leverage his experience to play the right music to keep the party going, not just music that we happen to like. He found a way to incorporate our tastes and even guest requests without being disruptive and keeping the flow of the event going. His lighting was perfect for the room and the dance floor. Every aspect was as perfect or more than we imagined. We chose Dubre because we love his taste, his style, his professionalism, and his personality.
