Each game is explained by a professional Emcee and accompanied with music played by a professional DJ. The games are great for prizes that will be given out to employees by the company.
How Do The Company Picnic Games Work?
Typically the picnic lasts four to five hours. Here is a sample schedule of when the company picnic games would be played:
- 11:00 am – 11:30 am (Registration)
- 11:30 am – 12:30 pm (Lunch)
- 12:30 pm – 2:15 pm (Company Picnic Games)
- 2:15 pm – 2:45 pm (Prizes)
- 2:45 pm – 3:00 pm (DJ Music)
Depending on the amount of people attending and other picnic activities there would determine if it should go four or five hours.
What Company Picnic Games Are Played?

21 Cup Pyramid
This is when you have teams face off against each other to see who can make a pyramid with 21 cups. Six across the bottom, five on the next level up, then four and so on.
It could be designed as men vs women, departments vs other departments, etc.
Balloon Stomp
In this fun picnic game, participants tie a balloon around their ankle and when the music starts, the object is to pop other participants balloons by trying to stomp on them. If in the end, your balloon is not popped, you win. We usually take the last three people as winners.
Hula Hoop Contest
This is a summertime picnic game favorite. Simply the person who can hula hoop the longest wins and gets to compete against the winners from the other categories.
